House Update

So the Glidden Duo... one coat coverage for the extra bucks...  what do you think?

We are hoping that the third coat will do the trick.  Um, so much for Glidden's Duo Paint + Primer one coat is all you need.  Walmart's Colorplace covers just as well and is cheaper.  And Glidden's paint... the color is turning out to be a very orangey red, not at all the color chip color.

Tim tried his hand cutting in the girls' room and now is all super fly.  His hand isn't quite as steady as mine, but he did a really great job. 

This job is really aging him... pobrecito!

And as a note: I didn't say this before, but the countertop refinisher was super easy.  Clean surface and paint.  You need to use a roller for as much of the surface as possible.  I don't know if they make lintless rollers cuz um, the counter would be just about perfect if it wasn't for the lint the roller left all over it.  It still looks amazing in comparison to before.  I almost think it's the paints fault, that it might have deteriorated the roller as I've never had so much lint before and it seemed to get worse the longer I rolled.
