First, I am working testing out my reaction to various foods as part of the elimination diet. Background info for those who haven't been tracking, I took a food sensitivity test in 2020 and I just finished 4 weeks without those foods I tested as being reactive to. Last week, I tested my sensitivity to garlic.
Thank GOD! I didn't have a reaction. This week I am testing marjoram, thyme, and eggs. Eggs has me a bit worried.
I am also midway through a push-up challenge. It's one I created for myself and that is to do 100 push-ups every day for a week. They can be as ugly as they need to be complete them. Progress over perfection.
On Friday, I start a 1 week social media fast. I am excited for this as I have been LIVING on YouTube lately consuming all the minimalism, reduction, frugality videos I can.
