Meditation Hack

 


Do you want to learn to meditate?  Is it a goal to meditate for 5 minutes, 10 minutes, an hour?  Are you struggling to get started?

Take one mindful breath.  

An hour of meditation is a series of mindful breathes strung together.  Start with one.  That's all.  

If you take one mindful breath today, you are winning.  

Just one.  


And then one day, add another.  


Simple.
