The First Law of Thermodynamics ,Conservation, says that energy is always conserved, it cannot be created or destroyed. In essence, energy can be converted from one form into another.
Energy cannot be created or destroyed, just transmuted.
If I am transmuted energy, I can shift my thought and immediately shift who I am.
If you change your thought patterns you change who you are.
Have you ever had a spiritual awakening? A renewal? You were at church, out for a walk in nature, read something profound and you knew you were a new person? That's transmutation. But what happens? Why do we change back?
We make choices that moves us away from this state. We usually, very slowly, take on our previous thought patterns and slowly transmute to something close to our original state.
The amazing thing is that with a simple understanding we can return to this renewal. We can change our thoughts we instantly transform.
