1. Do a brain dump on everything that "needs" to get done.
Later on, you can decide if you need to do it, feel guilty and feel like you need to do it, or you can let it go.
2. Tomorrow do one thing that truly brings meaning to your day.
This might be prayers. Journaling. Going for a walk.
3. That's it. Just do one things so you can start from baby steps. Sometimes having a successful day makes a huge difference after having a string of what feels like failures.
